You can download the list of the hotels, divided by categories, that will apply a cut off rates at the participant to the seminar.


Please note that the dead line of the cut off rates for most of the hotels is fixed by the end of January, except for the three hotels of the Aurelia Convention Centre & Expo  extended to February, 15th.


The Congress Area includes 3 hotels (Grand Hotel Palazzo Carpegna, a four star hotel, Forum Venue - Hotel Torre Rossa, a three star hotel located within the Aurelia Convention Centre & Expo, at 5 minutes walk from the Forum venue and Crowne Plaza Hotel Rome St. Peter’s, a Four Star Luxury Hotel just opposite Aurelia Convention Centre & Expo, at 10 minutes walk form the Forum venue.
